Before graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise and Health Sciences, I spent over 800 hours volunteering and learning from the best Physical Therapists and Strength Coaches in the industry. I became a Certified Personal Trainer while a student and continue to approach my craft with that mentality. Adopting a philosophy that combines psychological, physical and nutritional performance techniques, I have been able to transform hundreds of lives. As a top performing coach at Equinox I further elevated my knowledge and expertise. Focused on growth I have earned certifications through the ACSM, NSCA, USAW, FMS, PN and Weck Method RMS. More important than certifications, I apply my system on my own body every day. Leading a healthy lifestyle is important to me and I would not ask anything of a client that I would not expect from myself. My goal is to help as many people possible overcome themselves, be it pain, weight loss, gaining strength or sustaining the highest level of performance!

There is never a perfect time for anything. What you do now will get you closer to or further from your goals. Transforming your body into what you want and maintaining it is a less hard than letting it go and trying to pick up the pieces later.
We are biological creatures that adapt to stress. Stress does not come from being comfortable. In order to maximize our bodies, we must confront the uncomfortable. The more we do, the more incredible feats we are capable of not only in fitness and health, but every aspect of life.
